Check-out Time

Check-out time is 11 am.

If you have requested a later check-out time, please read this section carefully.

We will do our best to accommodate you, but we can make no promises regarding late departure unless we have guaranteed it with an additional charge. (Please inquire if you would like a quote for guaranteed late check-out.)

Note that late check-out is rarely available during our peak summer season (between late May and early September) and around holidays. Please set your expectations accordingly.

Departure Checklist

We offer full-service rentals and take responsibility to fully clean between guests. You do not need to strip your beds, launder linens, or wash the last set of dishes.

While you are not expected to do a thorough cleaning, please be reasonable. If you’re able to start a load of dishes before you leave, it’s incredibly helpful! Please do not leave filthy dishes or garbage strewn about. Clean up after major messes, spills, and accidents or bring them to our attention.

Departure checklist:

• Close and lock all windows

• Turn off all lights

• Ensure that all appliances are turned off

• Pull the front door shut behind you and make sure it locks by touching the lock symbol

• Please empty out the fridge completely

• If you feel we’ve earned it, please leave a 5-star review so future guests can know what to look forward to!
