Guest Experience & Field Operations Coordinator 

Part-Time Contractor | Based in the Poconos Region

Company Overview: Pocono Lodging Co. is a boutique short-term rental management company committed to unforgettable guest experiences and trusted homeowner partnerships. We manage beautiful vacation homes across the Poconos, combining tech-enabled systems with hands-on, personalized hospitality.

Role Summary: We’re hiring a flexible, hospitality-minded Guest Experience & Field Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground support for our team. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and fieldwork — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a heart for helping people feel at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Support (Evenings)

• Respond to guest inquiries or issues from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Available to handle after-hours emergencies with warmth, urgency, and discretion

• Deliver supplies or troubleshoot in person when needed

2. HOA Pass Coordination

• Call in guest or vendor passes to various community HOAs

• Respond quickly to unpredictable needs throughout the day

3. Field Support & Site Visits

• Visit homes for urgent guest needs or to assess issues

• Deliver supplies, tidy missed spots, or coordinate repairs

• Serve as our “boots on the ground” when escalation is needed

4. Vendor & Cleaning Coordination

• Collaborate with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping

• Communicate scheduling changes and availability

5. Home Onboarding & Staging

• Assist with walk-throughs, staging, signage, and setup for new properties

• Offer design feedback to optimize the guest experience

• Represent Pocono Lodging Co. with excellence to new homeowners

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Live in or near the Poconos and have access to reliable transportation

• Are warm, professional, and solutions-oriented

• Can communicate clearly and empathetically with guests, vendors, and owners

• Are flexible and responsive — willing to jump in when needed

• Have a knack for hospitality, home design, or vacation rentals (a plus!)

• Are confident working independently and solving problems in real time

Details:

• Contract Type: Part-time 1099 Independent Contractor

• Pay: $25/hr + $150/wk on-call stipend + milage reimbursement

• Location: Poconos region (in-person required)

• Schedule: Variable, mostly evenings/weekends with some daytime responsiveness
